Return Policy

Our goal is to provide our customers with piece of mind when purchasing this product, if you are dissatisfied with the product for any reason, except as stated below, you can return it to Chemical Free Living within 30 days of purchase for a full refund no questions asked. Product should be returned in the original packaging if possible. For further return instructions please contact us using the contact information provided on our website.
This generous return policy is not designed for customers to order multiple individual place setting samples for review and then return the unselected patterns. In order to keep cost down for all customers, we would ask you to be respectful of this and not use the return policy for this purpose. In the event that such returns are requested, Chemical Free Living reserves the right to deny such returns.

The Chemical Free Living return policy is also not designed to allow large purchasers to use and return merchandise. Large orders, in excess of $150.00, or multiple orders for the same customer exceeding this amount, where merchandise is returned after use, are subject to review and denial at the sole discretion of Chemical Free Living.

 

25 year Manufacturer’s Warranty:

Chemical Free Living offers an extension of the Manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects for 25 years from purchase. Simply return any defective article with proof of purchase to the address below. Chemical Free Living will thereupon send you a replacement piece or a similar replacement piece in the event that your pattern has been discontinued.

This flatware is designed for normal dining use and is dishwasher safe using standard retail dishwashing detergents. This warranty does not cover damage due to inappropriate use, abuse, stains due to hard water or improper care.
