Why are stainless steel products necessary?

Plastic containers, ice cube trays, microwave ready dishes have chemicals that leach into foods. BPA has been a hot topic especially in relation to baby bottles, the Food and Drug Administration said on July 17, 2012, that baby bottles and children’s drinking cups could no longer contain bisphenol A, or BPA, an estrogen-mimicking industrial chemical used in some plastic bottles and food packaging.

How do you ship?

We use various methods, primarily US Postal Service, UPS Ground or Fed Ex Ground. Shipping charges are based on weight, dimensions and zipcode. Some products because of shipping size will be higher than normal. On drop shipments from the manufacturer, we have noted on the page what they are charging.

How soon will I get my order?

If you pay by Paypal we will normally ship within 1-2 business days, after Paypal credits our account. If you do an e-check it will be 5-7 business days, to allow for the check to clear. Orders must be received by 9:00 a.m., PST or else it is considered the next business day.

Do you offer discounts?

If you buy a dozen or more of a single product, we will offer you a 12% discount, predicated that everything is shipped to one address.

Are your products made in the USA?

Most of our products are American made others are imported.

Are your products the safest for the environmentally ill?

We selected products that are ‘safer’ for the environmentally ill. Since everyone has different tolerances, sensitivities can vary. We know that our stainless steel line is the safest for them.

How do you select the products in your store?

We have people who are environmentally ill or disabled reviewing and testing the products in their homes. We also have our technical director reviewing some of the products.

We will never knowingly carry any product that has artificial fragrances in it.

We strive for fragrance free and even try to avoid essential oils.
