What is your return policy?
If you don’t like the item, it hasn’t been used and in its original packing, there is a 18% restocking fee, less shipping. We must be notified by email within 2 calendar days to obtain a return authorization number, from the date it was received. You are responsible for the return shipping charges.
There are no returns with the safer building materials, books, videos, homeopathics, pillows, mattress coverings or custom made orders.
If by chance, the item is damaged, we will replace the item predicated that the damage was from manufacturing not misuse. We must be notified by email within 2 calendar days to obtain a return authorization number for a replacement to be shipped.
If an item was damaged due to shipping, the customer is solely responsible for filing a claim with the carrier. We will work with the customer if there are problems with the carrier. We WILL NOT file the claim for you. If the damaged item is a liquid, you need to provide to us a photo of the item with the SAFETY SEAL INTACT. Most carriers require that you retain the box that the product was shipped in.
Upon receipt of returned merchandise, we will credit your account within 3-5 business days via the same method that it was paid.
